Together, we’ll welcome the equinox through cleansing movement and embodied dreaming. This is for all who are ready to alchemize the lessons of the past eclipse season and step faithfully towards their calling.

Fall Equinox Ritual

There will be 3 components to this live ritual, please come ready to participate in all components and/or hold sacred space if you choose to not participate in all parts.

Part 1: Pre-Ritual Prep: This is recommended for you to do before the session
  • Set up a Fall Equinox Altar - Suggested items
    • Candle: Yellow, Orange or White Candle
    • Harvest Fruit /Veggies: Apples, Pumpkins, Squashes, Gourds, Corn etc
    • Herbs/Spices: Cinnamon, All Spice, Lavendar, Mugworth, Cedar, Basil, Rosemary
    • Abundance items: Milk, Honey, Water... whatever signifies abundance to you
    • Shedding Items: Fallen Leaves from a nearby tree
  • Declutter your home
  • Donate old clothes
  • Take a bath or intentional shower with "shedding" in mind
Part 2: Kicking off the Ritual
  • We will start with a movement practice (wear comfy clothes)
  • You will be guided on a meditative journey
Part 3: The Ritual: You will need (bring this with you to the session)
  • Paper / Notebook
  • A candle / Fire
  • A FIRE-SAFE cauldron or vessel (we will burn things, so make sure it's FIRE SAFE)
  • Thongs if available (so you don't burn your hands)
  • A glass of water
