Bracing for Change: An Autumn Equinox Gathering

The theme of this gathering is: Bracing for Change. 

This month, we're honoring the Autumn Equinox by bracing ourselves for the changes ahead as the season of shedding and transformation is now upon us.

For this special Autumn Equinox gathering, we're explore themes of change and transformation and how we can work with the energies for the season ahead to initiate a new version of ourselves.

You will be guided in a meditative practice informed by energies of the equinox, followed by a space to share in community and if time allows, we'll end with a collective reading. 

Our community gatherings are a time to come together, meditate, reset, reflect and share. Come as you are, whoever you are and experience the healing power of community.
