Let’s get in our bodies, move energy and process grief and loss. Consider this a ritual, a reckoning and a time to be with and alchemize grief. 

Our community gatherings are a time to come together, meditate, reset, reflect and share. Come as you are, whoever you are and experience the healing power of community.

Bring a notebook and pen to participate in the reflection practices.

Only a handful of free spots are available for those who cannot afford it. Please book at the level you can afford.

Open to all who need a space to heal, get centered and be nurtured in community.
