April Gathering: Being FLOW in Times of Chaos.

In these uncertain times, having a place to dream, explore, and tap into our imaginations is more important than ever. In fact, we're dedicating the entire year to creating spaces for us to dream, play and get back into our flow states.

This month, we'll continue our exploration with a magical gathering that will include movement and other somatic and mindfulness practices to help us get back into our natural state: FLOW.

I encourage you to share this with someone who needs it or bring a friend along and let's make some magic together!

I See You Wellness is a sacred healing space for Black, Brown, Indigenous and LGBTQ+ people from all walks of life. All are welcome to join us.
