I am here to support communities in their healing and transformation journey as we collectively rise and create the change we wish to see.

We are in times of great shifts and now more than ever, we must dig deeper, reach higher and seek community care and collective healing. 

I am here to serve you on your path, to hold sacred space for you to HEAL and RISE to your power. I am dedicated to assisting you awaken to YOUR unique medicine so that you too, can be of service to your community.

I walk the "Path of Being", a path of surrender and of deep trust in the mystery that's guiding all of life.

I work as a bridge; bridging ancient healing technologies from my African lineage and creating new healing and transformative experiences to the modern world I serve: my clients, students, organizations and the collective as a whole.

I'm here to create sacred sanctuaries for us to heal, rise and master our medicine in community, to provide tools and guidance—not tell you what to do. I'm here to support you on your unique journey through herbal and vibrational medicine, mindfulness, spiritual guidance, energy healing, ancestral remembrance and community rituals within a loving community of powerful beings, so that you can begin to create your own version of heaven on earth.
